Our services range from 24/7 callout service, to boiler breakdowns and gas safe certificates and much more. We have a lettings department that handles lettings and this service is backed by our rent guarantee insurance. Finally, we can help if you have any maintenance requirements for your property. From simple painting and decorating, new boiler system installation, or a new kitchen/bathroom installation we can take care of that for you.
Property Management - London
We offer the following property management services:
- Answer phone calls and email enquiries from landlords and tenants Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm
- Providing an out of office hours emergency service for tenants 7 days a week
- Arrange gas safety certificates portable appliance test (PAT) and periodic inspections
- Ensure all gas safety certificates and EPC‘s are in place
- Inventory reports
- Inform utility companies of tenancy changes
- Arrange quotations for works
- Organise suitable and competent contractors to quote and undertake works
- Arrange routine repairs and maintenance
- Registry and reconciliation of deposits
- Professional clean pre-tenancy and on exit
Lettings
A&A Property Management aims to safeguard investment values and alleviate investors of the day-to-day management responsibilities of managing tenants and property assets by providing an expert property management service incorporating regular reporting and direct communication.
Our property management team will take over the hassle of day-to-day contact with tenants and quickly resolve any issues that arise such as plumbing and heating problems, water leaks, replacement of faulty appliances and much more.
Our letting services include Let Only, Rent Collection or Fully Managed, all designed to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible. If you are an overseas landlord, no problem, we have many years’ experience in both letting & managing properties for overseas clients.
